About Mommy Connections Edmonton

Mommy Connections Edmonton is a group that was started to create a community for new and expectant moms. They got their start over 10 years ago and have been there for countless families ever since. They have several chapters around Canada, giving parents a fabulous way to connect with other local mamas! You can find their programs at several local places, including The Ridge Community Center and William Lutsky YMCA. From their classes to their support groups, they have just the thing to help you find your people! 

Services

Long before your baby actually arrives, you can start with Mommy Connections Edmonton, thanks to their prenatal programs. With their Mom To Be prenatal classes, you are able to learn everything you need to know about parenthood. Over the course of 6 sessions, you will get advice from experts while getting to meet other moms. 

Once your baby arrives, it’s time to come back for their Mom & Baby Classes. You will be able to choose from several time slots so you can work around your family’s naptime. You can come out, do crafts, and chat with other families who are going through different experiences! They have classes made specifically to help boost your child’s language and development. You can cycle between sessions centered around music, gymnastics, and sensory play. They also regularly have experts who stop in to talk about tough topics like picky eating. And while the title might be Mommy Connections, they welcome dads as well as other caregivers. They offer classes for parents of kids up to the age of 4.

In addition to their regular classes, Mommy Connections Edmonton hosts regular workshops that are perfect for every season! During the holidays, they offer Christmas-themed workshops where you can make special gifts for your baby. Additionally, they host tons of playdates.
