Yogalife Studios brings you two studio locations where you can catch a class. Their Edmonton prenatal yoga classes prioritize mindfulness while leading you through different postures and breathwork. In the process, you will build up strength and endurance. Once your baby is born, you can bring them in and take a postnatal yoga class so you can gently help your body on its road to recovery. They welcome infants up to the crawling stage.

Yoga Within gives you a beautiful Edmonton space where you can go to get recentered through prenatal yoga. They use their studio to build up a community of passionate yogis who will support each other. They have a number of specialized classes, including trauma-informed yoga and realignment yoga. During the prenatal sessions, you will spend an hour paying attention to your breath and using it to guide your movements.

Prana Yoga Studio is dedicated to making yoga more accessible to everyone. This center regularly hosts community classes as well as free yoga in the park sessions. In their studio, they offer a long list of classes, including hot yoga, yoga basics, and meditation. Throughout your Edmonton pregnancy, you will be able to stop in for their prenatal yoga classes and go through postures that will increase your stamina. Once your baby arrives, be sure to stop back in for their baby and me classes!

Metta Yoga has two city studios where you can stop by to grow your practice. The center lets you book class packages or memberships so you can come in as often as you need. Their prenatal yoga classes last 75 minutes. You will be led through gentle postures that will help your body as it prepares for delivery. The sessions are available to people in all trimesters. They also offer baby and me yoga as well as kids’ yoga.
