My goal is for your kids to enjoy the session. I focus on providing a stress free experience so that everyone can have a good time. My style is sentimental, candid and warm. I prefer to portrait real emotions and let the kids be free while they explore their environment. Family sessions are offered outdoors for this same reason, and I have a collection of places that photograph beautifully throughout the year so you don't even have to worry about finding a good spot.
Full-service means I create a fully custom session for you. I offer a free video consultations to talk about your goals and ideas and I provide access to style guide so that you can have an idea of what to wear. If you want, I can arrange your hair and makeup for mom too. I take care of every detail so that you can relax and enjoy your time at the session.

The $200 deposit fee is due at the time of booking and acts as your retainer to save your spot on my calendar. After your session you will purchase your images and products separately during your ordering appointment.

THE PROCESS
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
When you first inquire, I will schedule a free consultation to properly introduce myself and talk about your vision and goals for your photo session. Here I will walk you through my product guide and my average client investment.
Once you are ready to book, I will send you your booking proposal with all the details of your session, your contract and the secure link to pay your session fee. All images and products are purchased after your session during your ordering appointment.

After booking, I send you my session prep guide with everything you need to know for your session, as well as my wardrobe style guide. I design all the set ups based on our style consultation with your colour preferences in mind. I provide all the wraps and outfits for baby so you don't have to worry about bringing any clothes for them.
If you wish to have your hair and makeup done for the shoot, I will arrange it so that all you have to do is show up and my team will get you ready while I photograph your little angel.

Next step
When you arrive, I will start the baby solo portion of the session while the parents sit back and relax. There is a full coffee and snacks bar and a playroom with a variety of toys for little kids to entertain themselves.
If mom booked her hair and makeup then the artist will start working with her while I work with the baby. Newborn sessions take between 2-4 hours, please come prepared to be at the studio for the entirety of the session.

After our session, we schedule your ordering appointment for you to review and pick your final deliverables. I will present your images in a beautiful slide show and you have full control over how many images you want, and how you want them displayed in your home.
I offer a variety of albums, canvas, acrylic prints, and table top art. Every product is customizable to match your unique style. I also offer payment plans for those who prefer a more flexible option.

Since family photos are taken outdoors, the best months are during the late spring, summer and early fall before the leaves are all gone. And since we are using the sun as our natural light source, the most flattering look comes in the early evening between 5pm-8pm.

As a mother of two young children I know the struggle in getting kids to smile for the camera, but I have learned some tricks over the years. I let the kids be free and enjoy their time while I'm shooting so I always get gorgeous images. I listen to them, I play with them, and I follow their lead so they feel comfortable. My style is also very candid so although I will guide you, I will also just give you space to be yourself and capture your true raw emotions.
